Low Season:  ZAR 660-00 per night
Low Season Dates are 21st July to 2nd October, 13th Oct to 9th December
High Season: ZAR 1 000-00 per night
High Season Dates are 3rd to 12th October 2014 - 6th to 15th January 2015
Peak Season: ZAR 1 795-00 per night
Peak Season Dates are 10th December 2014 through to 5th Janaury 2015
   
Clients will be charged a ZAR 350-00 administration fee and a ZAR 250-00 refundable key deposit on booking.
  • Bookings Terms – A 30% deposit payment is required to confirm the booking and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to check in.  No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
Cancellation Terms:
  • 3 months prior to check in – loss of 20% deposit and admin fees   
  • 1 month prior to check in – loss of full deposit paid and admin fees
  • 3 weeks prior to check in – loss of full payment and admin fees
  • No refunds given for “no shows”
This unit is set in lovely, well maintained gardens with absolutely stunning views of the Indian Ocean and Uvongo tidal pool and main beach, a mere 5 minute walk away.  It will sleep 6 adults in beds and 2 children on the sleeper couch – no more than 8 guests permitted.  No pets allowed.
Du Bantry 11 is a self-cater unit that comprises:
  • Fully furnished and open plan lounge cum dining area with sliding door onto very spacious patio over-looking the Sea.  There is a Television with basic DSTv channels available and desk-top fan.
  • Bedroom 1 – this is a spacious double bedded room with desk-top fan, built-in dresser with mirror, cupboard space for hanging and shelves.  There are no sea views from this bedroom.
  • Bedroom 2 – this is an airy and sunny bedroom with 2 single beds, desk-top fan and cupboard space for hanging and shelves.  There are no sea views from this room.
  • Bedroom 3 – this is a spacious double bedded room with an extra fold-out sleeper couch.  There is a walk in linen room and a dresser for hanging space only as well as desk-top fan.  There are sea views from this bedroom.
The bathroom section comprises:
  • Separate toilet
  • Separate shower with basin – hot water tap only.
  • Bathroom with toilet, hand basin, bath tub.  There are built-in “under basin cupboards” for extra storage.
 

 

The kitchen is lovely, very spacious and airy and fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, microwave, electric 4-plate stove with oven and warming drawer, kettle and toaster as well as washing machine, fridge/freezer and double basin sink.

There is a door leading out of the kitchen into a passageway that leads  out to the garage area where there are outside communal “beach showers” for guests to wash off the salty water and sand.

All windows have burglar bars and there is a charcoal braai as well as gas braai.

For visitors vehicles there is one lock-up garage and one open bay parking.  The lock up garage has a door leading out to the front patio of the unit.

For those guests wanting to bring their maid along with them, there is a maids’ room for hire – rates available on request and room subject to availability.

The unit is not serviced whilst guests are staying however a cleaning service can be organised on request.

The complex is fully secured and has 24 hour electric fencing as well as an access pedestrian gate with remote control.  Please note that this gate is locked from 19:00HRS through to 06:00HRS and entrance onto the premises is via the main gate.

      

Guests are kindly requested to provide their own towels (bath, hand and swimming), personal toiletries, as well as toilet rolls, dishwashing liquid, surface cleaner, air-freshener and bin bags.

This ground floor unit is set in lovely maintained gardens with absolutely gorgeous views of the Indian Ocean and Shelly Beach tidal pool and main beach, a mere 2 minute walk away.   It is centrally located around various restaurants, shops, banks and the Shelly Beach Shopping Mall and Spar as mere 5 minute walk away.  The unit will sleep 6 guests.  No pets allowed.

Eden Dunes 39 is a self-cater unit that comprises:
  • Fully furnished and open plan kitchen/lounge and dining area with sliding door leading into the garden over-looking the Sea and Shelly Beach Ski-Boat Club.  There is a Television but clients are requested to bring their own Decoders and Smart Cards.  Ceiling fan centrally located between the dining and lounge area.  The kitchen is well equipped with all crockery, cutlery and necessary kitchen utensils as well as a microwave, 4-plate stove and oven, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer.  The dining area seats 6 guests and the lounge is furnished with comfortable cane and leather furniture. 
  • Bedroom 1  – this is a spacious double bedded room with en-suite shower, hand basin and toilet.  There is a ceiling fan and cupboard space.  There are lovely sea views from this bedroom with sliding view windows that allow the cool breeze in.
  • Bedroom 2 – tthis room has 2 x twin single beds as well as 2 extra mattresses for children.  There is cupboard space and a ceiling fan. There are no sea views from this room.
The bathroom section comprises:
  • Separate bath with hand basin and toilet.
 

 

For visitors vehicles there is one under cover parking bay as well as bay for trailers.

The unit is not serviced whilst guests are staying however a cleaning service can be organised on request for cost to the guest.

The complexhas 24 hour security and access to the property is through remote controlled gates.  There is a coded pedestrian gate – once you check in, the codes will be given to you as they change monthly.

There is a beautiful and fully fenced in swimming pool with baby section and with lovely views of the sea.    

Very neat communal braai areas with table and seats.
